It is truly a one of a kind lodging and a standing work of art. Created as a wonderfully refreshing retreat for guests seeking an off the beaten path adventure. It's located high on the hillside above Waiohinu Village on the south side of The Big Island of Hawaii. Rental of a 4x4, available at the Hilo and Kona airports, is required and adds to the adventure of this remote location where peace and quiet abound.
Check out the view from the bay window. And in the winter, watch for the breach and blow
from a humpback whales. It's the favorite seat in the house!
Guests have the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with gas appliances. There's
also an outdoor propane barbecue.
The bedroom has a antique queen bedroom suite with a fern & palm garden lanai. But
the favorite room, especially for the ladies, is the luxurious bathroom & 2-person hot
tub with that same glorious view.
